Hi!

The README for fnlib-0.5 says it requires imlib 1.1 or later. I've
got imlib-2 version 1.1.0. Shouldnt this version of imlib work OK
with imlib2?

No. You must have imlib-devel (imlib2-devel won't do).

Hmmm. I'm pretty darn sure I have imlib2-1.1.0. I re-downloaded from
sourceforge and its the same set of files and same results.

Is there a config option to fnlib that I should run to tell it to use
imlib2-config rather than imlib1? It seems to be looking for imlib-1
rather than imlib2. Is this correct?

You could also consider simply installing the RH9 rpm's from SourceForge.

For a variety of reasons, I like to build this sort of package in its
own prefix (e.g. /usr/local/enlightenment) and contain everything
under there.

Thanks,

Bobby

imlib2 is very different than imlib.

imlib 2 is the second generation of the imlib library. They are completly incompatable.

You probably have installed imlib2 but don't have the imlib-devel packages for imlib 1.
