For me it sounds like something went wrong with the compilation, try to 
recompile it. Another possibility would be a bug if trustix, which i dont 
know, has a special file/system architecture. Is there maybe a special 
installation routine?

changed the DEFAULT symlink to point to it.  I tried using both the
packed and unpacked theme.
