[e-users] E-0.16.7cvs bug or feature?

I just built the latest cvs version of e16 and notice that if I move a  
window so that the majority of it is off one edge of the screen, and  
then iconify it, when I un-iconify it, it reappears with the smaller  
portion off the edge of the screen and the majority portion visible  
from the opposite side of the screen. This is with my setup being a 2x2  
virtual desktop. This behavior is observed regardless of which desktop  
I am on and which side I move the window off of.

Not sure if this is a bug or a desired effect (un-iconify in a way so  
that majority of window is visible?) but it was definitely not  
expected. I expected the window to return to the position it was in  
when I iconified it.
