If you type a command like "e16menudit" the shell tries to find an
executable with that name in the dirs included in your path environment
variable.
If you instead want to specify the full path to the binary you should
specify it starting from the root dir, thus bin/e16menuedit is not an
absolute path while /bin/e16menuedit would.
Also, enlightenment will not show a menu entry pointing to a file that
do not exists.
Try to type "bin/e16menuedit" on the command line and see the response
:)
