Xnvidia & Xvesa are kdrives, part of Xserver, and not currently part ot the Xorg tree. Composite runs on current xorg cvs, with current X drivers (including nvidia's binaries), and runs fast, as long as you don't do any transformations (or set a box resize in E ).
