in keybindings.cfg!
you can edit the sistem wide one, in $EROOT/config, or copy it in your
$HOME/.enlightenment dir to have a per user setting.
the action you want to change is defined in these lines:
__NEXT_ACTION
__KEY Delete
__EVENT __KEY_PRESS
__MODIFIER_KEY __CTRL_ALT
__ACTION __A_EXIT logout
