Hi every I really love enlightenment and i try to configure it very
carefully. But i have some problem about Remember and Group windows
settings. It's really annoying but i help you will be able to help or
 advice me.

First of all, i would like to use gdesklets to have nice desktop applets (called "displays") on the left of my screen (showing CPU, mem,...) but i can't manage to get the location of the displays saved
between X sessions. If i restart gdesklets (gdesklet restart) the
displays are put on the right location, but if i restart X (and then
enlightenment), when i start gdesklets (gdesklets start) all displays
are put on the top left corner of the screen. All these displays are
always splitted in two window group, even if i destroy them they are
recreated... I don't know if this problem comes from a enlightenment
remember bug or from gdesklet itself. But i want to have the displays
location saved and i don't know how.

Sorry, I don't have gdesklets running atm, so I cannot test this.
I don't know if gdesklets have their own way of remembering positions.
If they do, I suggest to use that and not mix it with E's remembered
settings.
I wouldn't be too surprised if there are bugs in E's window group
handling.

Another more important bug is i want to have some application stared
with enlightenment. So i use the settings in the Remember dialog box.
It only works for firefox. Thunderbird is never restarted.
Thunderbird entry is not in the "Remember Setting..." dialog box. But
if i start thunderbird manually, it goes on the right desktop. And
the entry appears in the remember configuration panel. So why it is
not restarted ?

You probably start "thunderbird". This is a script that sets up a lot of
stuff and calls "thunderbird-bin". When you tell E to restart it, E will
do so by calling "thunderbird-bin", which fails because some of the
setup stuff (a library path, most likely) is missing.
One way to fix this is to edit
~/.enlightenment/...e_session-XXXXXX.snapshots.0 and remove "-bin" from
the command.

So for the moment i have to put all the modifications i want to do to
the Enlightenment windows into a script... script that starts
artswrapper, xmms, xscreensaver, psi, konqueror, and some Eterms.
This script also configures the pager window (on the stacking layer
number 1), start gdesklets and put the gdesklet displays on the
stacking layer number 0.
You should not use stacking layer 0. It is kind of reserved for desktop
managing application windows like the nautilus one.
The pagers automatically remember all settings.

But to start this script with enlightenment i had to make a "Eterm -e
script.sh" remembered and stared, but this doesn't work anymore (and
don't know why). But it's really a dirty way of doing that it is any
other cleaner way of doing that.

It should be possible to do most of the automatic startup using
remembered settings.

Another problem is i would like a eesh option for "skip window list"
(to apply it with gdesklets displays) but i didn't find it.

Yeah, that is missing. It should be possible to set it using the window
menu and save settings.

So i would like to know the exact location of the remember settings
and group settings that i can edit them manually so i'll be able to
check what's wrong...

Remembered settings: ~/.enlightenment/...e_session-XXXXXX.snapshots.0
Group settings: ...e_session-XXXXXX.groups.0

If anyone can help me configuring enlightenment i would be so pleased
to speak with him (because i have so much question...).

I use enlightenment 0.16.7.1-1 with debian/sid and some experimental
packages.
