Don't hold your breath. It's not on top of my TODO list.
If you think it's *very* annoying just remove the line
ADD_MENU_TEXT_ITEM("Composite Settings ...", __A_CMD, "cm cfg");
from /usr/share/e16/config/menus.cfg or wherever you have it installed.
Or send a patch :)
