But this is not the problem because e runs.
I guess this is the winter theme and you are using a vertical iconbox.
If so, in <data>themes/winter/iconbox/iconbox.cfg change line 69 below
__NAME ICONBOX_SCROLLBAR_BASE_VERTICAL
from
__NORMAL "iconbox/images/base.png"
to
__NORMAL "iconbox/images/base_.png"
When I start galeon and try to download something e segfaults with
the F1 F2 F3 dialog after clicking the save button.
Then I have to restart e from the console.
Another thing is that open a pdf from galeon with gpd gives me a in
the galeon window captured mouse (with X Cursor).
Only killing gpdf and then restarting e solves this...
Any Ideas?

The segfault I haven't heard of before. It may be fixed in 0.16.7.2.
I cannot reproduce it with 0.16.7.1.
The "captured mouse" problem is almost definitely fixed in 0.16.7.2.
So, I suggest you update to 0.16.7.2 and while you are at it, you should
probably also update imlib2 to 1.1.2 or better 1.2.0.
