Has anyone picked up the development of this interface. It makes Acrobat
look like outdated trash.

The project is called Archy.
Here's a link to the actual demo; (it takes a bit to load and is
functionally restricted by Flash which is what the demo is built with.

Something like this would make an awesome addition to 'e'. In fact,
if applied to web-pages or help manuals it would be awesome. Kinda
shows how 'old' things like Acrobat Reader are getting.
