yes i recently got this error myself compiling somethign else after emerging 
an ebuild for new opengl headers.

the offending ebuild is:
[ebuild   R   ] x11-base/opengl-update-2.2.1

Infuriating. Do they test these things at all before they release them?!?!

I went and hacked the headers back into shape, putting in an ifdef
so it wouldnt be defined twice and problem solved
