You can use e_util_eapp_edit to create an eap with a certain icon to launch a certain application, and put nothing in class, then create a generalistic "wine" icon (with wine class"
Then you'll have one icon per application tu launch them, but the icon appearing on upper left of the window will be the generalistic one, this is not verry nice, but it's the better solution i found
