No, I think it's new. I just re-updateed all my e stuff a couple days ago:

emerge eet edb evas ecore embryo imlib2 edje e epeg epsilon esmart entrance emotion eclair ewl engrave e_utils e_modules etox erss entice engage evidence

so I don't think I have any out dated libs, and I've noticed the same thing too. I didn't actually realise what was going on, just that after I would reload, the screen would blink a bit and my programs would close, but that's probably what they're descripting. My old build never had this particular problem.

Another annoying problem (IMO, quite more anoying than the above) I've had is hangs. First with the weather module. For some reason, when I try to enable it, it goes loony. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it just stops everything. All I can do is ctrl-alt-backspace and start over. Lately I've also had similar problems with changing themes. It'll just sit there for about 10 seconds, sometimes looking really weird becaues it's half-way between one thing and another. Then after that, it switches and life is happiness and glee. I hope this gets fixed, because waiting for something like that is quite anoying, especially when you not quite sure it actually will start working.

That's enough for now, and thanks for e.

Well, it can be just a kind of local trouble... Maybe, you shall check
different lib versions, in case you've got some old ones somewhere?

As to me, after i've checked out CVS about... 2 weeks ago, everything
works great - without single segfault

Everytime i switch theme e17 segfaults. Very annoying...

I love e17 though, and I know that you guys will fix this sooner or later,
but I just wanted you to know. Keep up the great work!
