I found the answer from a previous post.
eesh -e use_bg <background> <desk> [<desk> <desk> ...] will set the
background.
Now I have another problem though. I want to beable to select which
files I cycle though by file name so I need to beable to go from the
cached image filename in ~/.enlightenment/img/ to the filename in
~/.enlightenment/backgrounds. I see that currently at least this list
is stored in ~/.enlightenment/cache/img/.10wr00ac0000tOpZ24. Is
reference always in the same file? If not, how does enlightenment
find it? Anybody know? Maybe I'll have to dig through the source.
