that is because firefox (being windows focused now) doesn't set different
properties on windows like its download manager window compared to its main
window (excluding title as this changes all the time). so there are no
properties e can use to tell the main window of ffox apart (the web page) from
the download manager window for example - it doesn't know which is which because
ffox doesn't set any properties to let the wm tell the difference. if it changes
name, class or even used netwm window type etc. to help tell the difference this
would work. unfortunately with ffox you are stuck as its impossible to do this
