hi all,

today (08/24/05) i upgraded to current cvs and compiled/installed all.
things looked ok and i read in a post it was advised to use gcc-3.4.x.

Slackware 10.1 has gcc-3.3.5 as standard and gcc-3.4.3 as " testcase ".
so i upgraded to gcc3.4.3 and recompiled.

after that, enlightenment uses 100 % of cpu time.
that is the "enlightenment" binary itself, also after unloading all modules.

it also wouldn't quit, even after i got out of X and restarted with KDE.
i killed it and thought i'd make a note of that.

i'm gonna reinstall gcc-3.3.5 and try again in a while, but what could be the cause of
the high proc. usage ?
how can i do any troubleshooting on that to get more info ?
all tips are welcome...
