Ok, think i got the bug, not in the module but at rssweather.com. For some locations e.g mine (icao-code: etht) the feed www.rssweather.com/icao/ETHT/rss.php gives me two year old weather information!!!! Probably there is no more any weather station or no weather station reporting informations to this service! Just test your icao-code! Changing the icao works for me.
