in pure theory it is - but there is no way to create a 2nd one and tell it what
"bar directory" to use (applications/bar) is the default to be shared by all
"launcher bars" or their replacements (engage) so you dont have to reconfigure
every new bar with all your apps again. the problem is there is no way to tell
the bar what dir to use... well no gui way. and well i'm working on gui config
stuff. eventually there will be once this trickles down - but its impractical
to do, right now, BUt the design is all there and done waiting for a way to
have a list of dirs to use as bars. :)
