I solved my "path-passing" problem: in fact, this occurs when i start
E17 with "startx" (entrance was a little buggy so...).
I now updated everything and:
- if i startx, error's still here (eterm pb,...)
- if i sudo entranced, everything's fine
- if i update-rc.d (or rc-update 4 gentoo) entrance, then at boot time i
see entrance correctly, but I CAN'T TYPE ANYTHING, even ctrl+alt+F1.
Could it be because if Entrance is loaded at boot time, paths are not
exported (/etc/bash.bashrc isn't read, is it? I got some exports
(language related) in it)?
What should i do? I Whish i could simply load entrance at boot time. I
tried to recompile entrance (wich compiled without any pb during
update), but it agains fails on a "evas_attach" undefined ref (like i
had before).
I must say i'm pretty lost
Plus, i want to point out that entrance can't manage xinerama (Radeon's
MergedFB), login window is in the middle of both screens. Or maybe
there's something to do?
