Yes, i try, but i had the option es_AR-UTF-8, but doesn't make anything.

you ALSO need es_AR as a supported SYSTEM locale for it to work. you may need
to edit /etc/locale.gn and add it there. for example here is my locale.gen
(debian):

en_US       ISO-8859-1
en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8

on TSL, it's a bit different:
...
en_US UTF-8
en_US ISO-8859-1
... etc

then run locale-gen to generate the locale info THEN use E in that language and
u are fine.

locales-gen

enlightenment_remote -lang-set es_AR.UTF-8

enlightenment_remote -lang-set es_AR

just tried it with ja_JP, nb_NO and de_DE, and it works fine..
I don't even have ja_JP and de_DE in /etc/locales.conf
