I wonder if evidence is still being developed? As I see the last CVS commit was in July. The problem is that I cannot compile it against the latest cvs build of e17, got the error about evas. Could it be that the current evidence is not compatible with the latest evas?

The error

Many of the api's have changed within the current higher EFL libs. Codeworrior has merged a file manager into the current Enlightenment environment, called EFM. This is going to provide icons on the desktop and other features in the future. As if you are using a CVS shot from a month ago EFM will work. but I am fairly certian (unless things have changed) the very latest snapshot of E was incongruent with EFM. EFM can be found in your main menu under the entry "Files".

HTH,

thanks Justin...

Files gives me a blank window and that is all.
