just because I don't think many people will use iconbar outside e17!
right now, if you install e17 you _already_ have an iconbar, so you
don't need to install the iconbar package.

as for med, IIRC it was a menu editor for a very old version of e17.
I don't think it could be useful in any way (correct me if I'm wrong).
