This is a very tiny issue.
It seems that an entry "User Application List" in e16.pot
is not used because the Japanese translation is not shown
in the menu. Instead, the name of the menu item is "User
Application list". The other entries like "Other" and
"Restart Enlightenment" are used and corresponding Japanese
translations are shown on the menu.
There was a discrepancy between the menu generation script and the menu
configuration file. If you regenerate menus this should be fixed.
