Again related to seamonkey..

all the windows have different classes, according to the create icon function, and xprop reveals:

this window:
WM_CLASS(STRING) = "Mozilla", "msgcompose"

mailnews:
WM_CLASS(STRING) = "Mozilla", "mail:3pane"

navigator:
WM_CLASS(STRING) = "Mozilla", "navigator:browser"

now, they all have two classes, one of which is the same for all three.
I tried putting Mozilla in the window class field of my eap, but then (naturally) none of the windows matched the eap
