Raster, As I understand what you're saying is all the disk IO happens after the exebuf window pops up. I'm seeing all the disk IO *before* the window pops up, after I press ALT+ESC.
BTW, if most people aren't having this issue, I don't mind dropping it. It doesn't bother me *that* much.
