at first i thought that this was the initial load lag problem that exebuf has also, but for some reason if the type buffer is empty there is a 2/10 of a second delay for me regardless of how long exebuff has been opened or if i have typed a blob into the buffer and used backspace to clear the buffer.  I also tried the same experiment with the default theme and japan2007,  those 2 themes only had the delay when exebuff initialy loaded but not when i used backspace to clear the buffer.  Once i figure out the reason that blue eyed is acting up like this with exebuf i will see about have an update posted to get-e

tested again..

using e17 built and checked out 02/07/2006 around 5am cet
using gant
using blue eyed 0.6.5

with gant, reported bug does not occur.
with blue eyed, reported bug does occur.

since gant doesn't theme exebuf, it is using the default theme..
