Noooooo! Please. From a packaging point of view, that's not practical
and desirable. We don't want users to download hundreds of packages
only to realize that they barely need 2 out of 100 to build their
stuff. And on top of that, they have 98 redundant package on their box
which they do not use. What you don't need, you don't load! No bloat.
:)

And we also don't want users to *jam* the repo by trying to download
useless packages.
