The script I use is one maintained by Winged::Dev here;

It's based on one Raster provided a long time ago.  It pulls any source 
that has changed since the last update.  You'll note that it enables a 
'forced' re-compile of individual programs. That's what I did, after I 
deleted the source already on my machine. So I know that the current 
object on my box is the result of a compile of source pulled this AM.

However, I'll use it to re-compile everything and see what happens.
