In Singapore, we usually use that sentence to describe parts which are
not readily accessible by metro or buses. :-) It's like an hour from
the place that I am and it closes much too early, when work is at its
peak. Our Sychrotron (unlike other countries ones) runs *only* during
office hours so we have to manage all our experiments by 6:30pm. I
cannot afford to leave before this or else I lose some precious beam
time for X-rays exposures.
 I have to get rid of some major work load off my back first before I
can afford to take a trip to the laptop HQ. It's not that I'm lazy!
