I just downloaded E16.8.2 from sourceforge, compiled and installed. I tried changing a window border to borderless, and Nothing happened? The Border was the Default border and was not switched?
I tried using configure to enable debugging for E, and I did not see this option in configure - anyone know how to turn it on?
