I will leave the following questions to Raster and the community:

What is the current goal/objective for Enlightenment? (preferably a
one-liner)
What are the requirements for Enlightenment in terms of must-have
functionality, usability, etc in order to realize this objective?

In the meantime I will start collecting information from all the packages
that make up a minimalist installation of Enlightenment and make the
additions to the edevelop wiki.

If there are any third party apps that are essential to the objectives for
Enlightenment, please make mention of them on this thread so I can add them
to the wiki.
