Raster is working on E's built-in file manager, it's kinda useful right
now. Yet its not finished and a bit buggy and the biggest part of the
features that it will have are not implemented yet.
There are some standalone file managers in the wild like Thunar or
Gentoo or MC. Personally, I use my Xterm and my Zsh :-)
