Anders, are you using some updating/building script or you do all "by
hand"?
I take my E17 up-to-date using easy_e17 from morlenxus
(http://omicron.homeip.net/files/easy_e17_preview.sh),
it runs on FreeBSD (patched by me :)) very well.
