Just tried, and no efects. 
also tried just in case with "ubuntu-" "gnome-"

Found a file: /etc/xdg/menus/enlightenment-applications.menu wich seems
to be the menu. just can't see where it has to link so that the menu
get's picked up. already tried coping it
to .e/e/applications/menu/all.menu or just as
enlightenment-applications.menu and nothing happens (after restarting e)


strange, i just can't figure out why it disapeard in the fist place. i
didn't played with the menu files, and only installed kde desktop, (a
year a go did the same and had no problem)....may be i'm missing
something so simple i can't see it...
