Yes, like I mentioned, I had created a desktop which runs the script, I am able 
to execute the desktop from my IBar, but it won't work from the startup 
(.order) perhaps the script run prior the creation of the said icon.

you can't put an executable directly in your .order file, only
.desktop files, so you should create a .desktop file which runs your
script.
