this is because e doesn't know what screen really should be your primary screen.
it takes a guess by looking at the one with the highest resolution and that
should be your main screen and so it makes that zone "0". it orders them in
order of size if u have 3 or 4 etc. assuming you want the bigger screen as your
main one. otherwise it is only using xinerama to get this info and can only take
the info as it comes. e does not have full xrandr 1.2/1.3 support - not just
enough to work.

as for pager - odd. i'll have to see about this. patches of course welcome :)
