I think "focus prev" should focus the previously focused window and "focus next" should focus the least recently focused window. Unfortunately I think that the implementation in e16 will have to be the opposite for backward compatibility reasons. At least since 0.16.8 Alt-Tab has been bound to "focus next" but the intention is to focus the previously focused window. When the focus list is active Alt-Tab (i.e. "focus next") focuses the previously focused window as intended but if the focus list is not active e16-0.16.8.13 would focus the least recently focused window. In e16-0.16.8.14 this was changed so "focus next" focuses the previously focused window whether or not the focus list is active. In 0.16.8.14 when the focus list is not active "focus prev" does the same as "focus next", i.e. focus the previously focused window. I intend to fix this case so "focus prev" focuses the least recently focused window. This way the result will not depend on if the focus list is active, providing consistent behavior (but with "reversed" meaning of next/prev). /Kim ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ enlightenment-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/enlightenment-users
