Nope - sounds like you're working just fine. I set my shelf timers to yours and it still won't ever pop back up when I mouse into the shelf. I've played with this a little bit more, and it's very weird. My normal config has one shelf in the bottom center of each head. I added a third and the third worked normally. So I figured that new shelves were okay. I deleted all my shelves and recreated them. Now I have one shelf that auto-hides correctly and one that doesn't. Then, I added another third shelf.
