I was feeling frustrated by the lack off consolidation in this project so I
stoped working on the website for a couple of months as there were talks
about this and I wanted to see what happened with that.

Well, nothing happened but the new design seems to be getting adopted in
various pages, to this I say STOP! HAMMER TIME. That header and the options
listed in it were really not thought out when I did it and we will probably
have to re-do a lot of manual work in the future if we don't make a clear
plan to organize the information.

So I decided to take this week to work on the site, the result of the first
day is a (hopefully) well thought off sitemap with a rationalization for the
contents of each section and page.
You can find it here: http://pastebin.com/m3864094f

The titles underlined with "=" represent sections while the titles underlined
with "-" represents sites from the current section. Some sections have only
one site and I noted it in those cases.

Besides this I actually have a new version of the header and site that uses
new design concepts that I aquired after reading some design books during
these months away from enlightenment.

All the graphics are now done in inkscape and I use the blueprint css
framework for the newspaper-like brochure pages. I wi commit these changes as
soon as we come to an agreement about the pages and content.

cheers,
Andres (dresb) Blanc
