Sorry taking long to reply, but unfortunately most developers don't
read users list... that's bad! :-)

This should be in e_border.c, that code is FSCKING HUGE... and I guess
just raster can say for sure if this is a bug or feature or how to fix
it. He is CC'ed in this message.
