I see you guys couldn't wait for me. This is understanable a year has passed 
and I have done little progress, this is manily because I spent a lot of time 
learnign proper desgin, as in Graphic Design Theory. taking courses and reading 
books, etc. Mainly because I wanted to do something beyond my capabilities. I 
have know html/css/javascript for a long time.

I would have liked if someone had contacted me properly before doing so much 
work, 
I was always idling in the irc channel and scanning the mailing lists for this 
reason.

I'll commit the current status of the dev folder later on, when the last TODO 
item written in spanish is done, propably this afternoon.
Use what you want. I'm sorry I couldn't provide in time.
