Hi ! Because enlightenment thought you disabled screensaver too fast as said :) It's a "new" feature for people doing slides presentation for example and who doesn't want screensaving (or locking screen) during their presentations (in this case they will have to move the mouse one time, replying yes to this and never have to worry about it anymore).
