I am similar to the user below.  'Been using computers since Wang 
Computers inmy sophomore High School days back in 1979.  Since then, 
Radio Shack TRS80, Comodore 64,   PCs with DOS 2.x to Win 7 x64,  Macs 
from the Lisa on up, IBM AIX, SGI IRIX, Sun, etc.   Went to RedHat in 
the 90s as my desktop box and tried all manner of desktops.  WindowMaker 
was by far my favorite until I found Enlightenment a few years ago.  For 
me and my work (mixed-environment IT professional) E is the best by far!
