What is the src_url in your easy_e17.sh? Mine is this and it works fine:
src_url="http://svn.enlightenment.org/svn/e/trunk";
To test via the command line you can try:
svn info http://svn.enlightenment.org/svn/e/trunk
and
svn co http://svn.enlightenment.org/svn/e/trunk
Also, I assume you are using the latest easy_e17 from
http://omicron.homeip.net/projects/#easy_e17.sh
