Hey Alex, not on a machine with e to test that behavior now (which might very well be a bug), however you don't have to put Everything on a shelf or engage to use it. you can launch everything with a keybinding once the module its loaded. usually said keybinding is "esc+alt" but you can easily change that from the key-bindings menu in settings. (just create another binding for Everything (starter) then simply delete this one) and you will be able to spawn it on demand only when needed.
