I'm glad of that... My problem though includes that my personal skills don't seem to include compiling stuff. I remember back a ways I wanted alpine on a distro that still had pine in the repo. And even with the explicit instructions I failed to compile a working copy. I get by only because some version of at least almost everything I want can usually be had via the package management tools of whatever distro I'm running. But I'd like e16 on a wheezy based distro I'm playing with bad enough to try. That is, if I can get a really good step by step tutorial/how-to that doesn't expect me to already have a clue?
