I've been using Fullscreen windows with 1, 2 and 2 monitors for over a 
year, there were a few issues that i reported but none i've had with the 
release and i have never seen that one. Have you tried a blank config? 
it could just be a focus or window resize option that you have slightly 
different. Works fine without changing those settings for me though.
