unusable mean.s. u cant USE it..;. its so slow u cant function. its perfectly
usable. it may stutter and pause - it depends on the workload. how much is
fading/zooming/rendering. but i test it on a 600mhz penitum-m - its usable. as
i said - maintians 20-60fps. that includes 20fp playing video which is software
deocded too. i never said its silky smooth or unnoticeable. that it is not.
