Hi, Since I feel far more comfortable on the 106x46 virtual console provided by the nouveau framebuffer, I spend long periods away from X running E17 (svn82296). When I return back to X for testing, to my dismay E17 fades away leaving only a mouse cursor (active, on a black screen). As I reported earlier, I set blanking off.
As I'm working on a frontend pre-processor for cinelerra, Emotion is quite crucial to me. So I need to get this blanking resolved as well as the eina_prefix_new involved in generic_players of emotion (which apparently is fixed, but I can't get newer E working on my system -:( Anything I can do to resolve these problems, will do.
