1. "9 patch" is not needed in efl. thats what the border scaling definition is
for - it's built in as a core feature (for doing borders - eg rounded corners,
shadowing, bevels etc.).
2. you have fill {} section controls that let you specify origin and size in
relative and absolute values... but see #1. ... you don't have to.
